We do not sell your personal information. The Auction Company hosting a specific auction may access user data necessary to facilitate transactions and bidder verification. Service Providers and Third-Party SDKs: We use trusted third-party services (e.g., analytics, payment processors) to help us operate and improve the App. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. The App is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

SMS Data and Communications

If you provide your phone number, Bid Fast and Last may use it to send you marketing and transactional SMS messages, including messages related to account verification, auction registration, bids, auction reminders, payment updates, promotions, new auction announcements, special offers, re-engagement campaigns, inventory alerts, educational content, and customer support.

We may share your phone number with trusted third-party messaging providers solely to deliver these SMS communications.

We retain phone numbers as long as necessary to provide messaging services or comply with legal obligations.
