This auction has NO buyer's premium. Registration for our auctions are always free.

In order to bid on the real property listed on the platform, you must be able to produce and submit Proof of Liquid Funds (bank statement, investment statement, retirement account, etc) is required to bid in this auction, and may be submitted via email to jo@fastandlast.com. An additional deposit will be required if you are the high bidder, known as an Earnest Money Deposit, or EMD, to open escrow.

This auction goes virtual-live March 29th, 2023 starting at 1:30 PM PST.  All sales are pending property owner's acceptance/ confirmation. In the event you are the high bidder on a real property and represented by a licensed real estate agent, you will be required to have an offer immediately written for all parties to accept. If you are not being represented by a licensed real estate agent, our agent Johan Graham of Realty ONE Group Empire will represent you and will immediately write an offer for you to accept. An additional deposit of 10% of the purchase price will need to be made in order to open escrow in the event that you are the winning bidder, known as the EMD.

These properties are being sold AS-IS and cash only; NO financing. This is a probate/trust sale; please do all your due diligence upfront before the date of the auction as our knowledge is limited and we make no guarantees on any aspect of the real property. No reports will be provided. No credits will be given. Properties will not receive any repairs. Any reports, such as a home inspection, can be completed on the buyer's own time and funds 7 days prior to the auction going virtual-live. Third-party authorization may be required on any property. For any reason if you are the high bidder and determine you no longer wish to proceed in purchasing the property, you automatically forfeit your deposit.
