This is an online auction for real estate in Hesperia, CA. Property will auctioned on December 23rd, 2020 at 1pm PST.

- Pre-bidding will be available from December 8th - 23rd.
- Auction Staff will be at each of the property locations for any on-site bids.

In order to bid, registrants must show proof of liquid funds as this is an as-is, cash only auction. Proof of funds may be submitted via email to info@fastandlast.com with subject of "Proof of Funds for Hesperia Auction."

There is no buyer's premium on this auction.

In order to bid on the real property listed on the platform, you must be able to produce and submit proof of liquid funds to I-15 Auctions, Inc., hereout referred to as "Auction Company." 

This auction closes December 23rd, 2020, starting at 2:00 PM PST. We will have staff on-site at each real property location. In the event you are the high bidder on a real property and represented by a licensed real estate agent, you will be required to have an offer immediately written for all parties to accept. If you are not being represented by a licensed real estate agent, we will immediately write an offer for you to accept. A 10% deposit of the purchase price will need to be made in order to open escrow in the event that you are the winning bidder.

These properties are being sold AS-IS and cash only. Please do all your due diligence upfront before the date of the auction.
