In order to bid on the real property listed on the platform, you must be able to submit Proof of Funds to I-15 Auctions Inc, hereout referred to as "Auction Company." 

This auction closes November 11th 2020, starting at 1:00 PM PST. In the event you are the high bidder on a real property and represented by a licensed real estate agent, you will be required to have an offer immediately written for all parties to accept. If you are not being represented by a licensed real estate agent, we will immediately write an offer for you to accept.
