Bougie Cattle Company is donating their favorite Highland Bull Calf, Trucker Coal.  This is a live benefit auction that will be held on Thursday September 21st at the Sheriff's Rodeo Sponsor Event. The flow of the event will determine what time the calf will sell. We recommend that buyers place their max bids so you don't miss out on this wonderful opportunity.  100% of the proceeds of this calf will go to the event which brings a better understanding of the relationship between Law Enforcement and the public. The proceeds benefit the Sheriff's Posse, a volunteer public service organization, the Boy and Girl Scouts of America, Challenged Children's Rodeo, Children's Fund, the 4H Club of San Bernardino, the Yucaipa Equestrian Center, the California State Horseman's Association, Loma Linda University Hospital for breast cancer research and Man Up Crusade - bringing awareness to Domestic Violence.

NO SALES TAX ON CATTLE!

To participate in the Bougie Cattle Company Mini-Cow Auction, hereinafter referred to as "the Auction," you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

All prospective buyers must be at least 18 years old and are required to register with I-15 Auctions, dba Bid Fast and Last Auctions, prior to bidding. By using the bid number, the bidder acknowledges he has received, read, and understands and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction either on the bidders agreement or posted at the auction facility or online. The bidder offering the highest bid accepted by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser of the offered lot, and no purchaser shall retract his bid. Purchaser accepts a lot when he makes a bid. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.

BUYER'S PREMIUM:

A 15% Buyer's Premium is applicable to any and all won lots. This fee will be calculated into your final invoice. 

PAYMENT TERMS:

Bid Fast and Last Auctions, hereinafter referred to as the "Auction Company", will only be accepting cash, wire transfer, and Venmo for Auction payment. Credit and Debit Cards will NOT be accepted as valid forms of payment.

TRANSPORTATION:

Shipping is only available for jewelry pieces. Cattle must be paid in full prior to transport, no exceptions! Auction Company will require a non-refundable 50% deposit within 24 hours of close of auction; this is a virtual -live auction with varying run-time. Full payment is due upon arrival of pickup on all cattle. Bougie Cattle Company will cover any certified vet inspections/travel documents and any vaccinations (including responsibility for meeting state requirements where the cattle will live) required to transport. Bougie Cattle Company's preferred carrier is Bob May. His phone number is 530-200-0866. You are welcome to utilize any carrier that you trust. All lots enter possession of the Buyer immediately upon close of the Auction and all risk of damage, death or injury to lot(s) purchased becomes Purchaser's risk. Purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for loading and removal of purchases. All calves must be removed from the auction facility within 7 days of close of auction. Purchaser shall be liable for any rent incurred or damages suffered by Auctioneer because of the Purchaser's failure to remove any item. Failure to remove items will result in a rental / storage fee $15 per cow per day.

WARRANTY:

Auction Company makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the information used to describe any lot(s) offered in the Auction. All lots are presented as described. As always, all lots are sold AS-IS and as they sit. Auction Company will provide reasonable accommodations to preview all lots prior to the Auction. The Auction Company is not responsible for the health of any animals once they leave the facility. Auction Company has worked with Bougie Cattle Company to best describe all lots to the best of our ability and make no guarantees on accuracy. No refunds will be given, as all bids are final and a binding contract to purchase the lot you've won. Bougie Cattle Company does have an active insurance contract on their cattle. All Cattle is sold AS IS. All cattle are are sold with Completed IMCBR Registration and first vaccination.

TERMINATION OF BIDS:

We DO NOT offer cancellations for off-site auctions (anything NOT being sold out of our Hesperia Warehouse.) All off-site auction invoices MUST be paid in full! Failure to make payment terminates your contract to purchase and you retain zero rights to purchase any lots in question. Bids cannot be retracted, unless the retraction is the result of an error of the Auction Company. Placing a bid and refusing to follow through on purchase is an illegal offence in many states.

Auction Company and Bougie Cattle Company are not liable for any lost profit or special, incidental or consequential damages that may arise as a result of any transaction made in the Auction. The Auction Company assumes NO liability for lost, stolen or damaged items during the shipping process. The bidder, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of a company or otherwise, in any capacity whatsoever, and the company he represents, both jointly and severally agrees to indemnify and save harmless Auctioneer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and its consignors, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages, costs, and losses of any nature, including injury and death, arising from the purchase or use of any items, or the attendance or participation of bidder, his/her agents or employees, at the auction and/or on the auction site whether before, during, or after the auction. Bidder agrees to be responsible for the payment of the purchase price, Auctioneer's fees, any other applicable fees, and taxes due on all of bidder's purchases. The Auction Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, and any action hereunder against Auctioneer shall be commenced in the State of California. The Auction Company reserves the right to change the dates and time of the Auction at any time. The Auction Company reserves the right to modify terms and conditions as needed up to the virtual-live launch of the Auction. The Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any lot from the Auction. Any withdrawn lots bids will be rendered null and void. Auction Company reserves the right to determine whether to accept a bid.
