This auction has NO buyer's premium. Registration to our auctions are always free.

In order to bid on the real property listed on the platform, you must be able to produce and submit a Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer deposit for $5,000 made out to I-15 Auctions Inc, hereout referred to as "Auction Company." In the event that you are the high bidder on a property, the Cashier's Check deposit will be kept by the Auction Company. In the event that you are not the high bidder, the Cashier's Check deposit will be returned as a Cashier's Check; if wired into our custodial account, it will be wired back to your account. An additional deposit will be requried if you are the high bidder, known as an Earnest Money Deposit, or EMD, to open escrow.

Proof of Liquid Funds (bank statement, investment statement, retirement account, etc) is required to bid in this auction, and may be submitted via email to lincoln@fastandlast.com.

This auction closes August 24th, 2021 starting at 12:00 PM PST.  In the event you are the high bidder on a real property and represented by a licensed real estate agent, you will be required to have an offer immediately written for all parties to accept. If you are not being represented by a licensed real estate agent, our agent Johan Graham of Century 21 Desert Rock will represent you and will immediately write an offer for you to accept. An additional deposit of 10% of the purchase price will need to be made in order to open escrow in the event that you are the winning bidder, known as the EMD.

These properties are being sold AS-IS and cash only; NO financing. This is a trust sale; please do all your due diligence upfront before the date of the auction as our knowledge is limtied and we make no guarentees on any aspect of the real property. Third-party authorization may be required on any parcel. For any reason if you are the high bidder and determine you no longer wish to proceed in purchasing the property, you automatically forfeit your Cashier's Check deposit.
