In order to bid on the real property listed on the platform, you must be able to produce and submit a $10,000 Cashier's Check deposit made out to I-15 Auctions Inc, hereout referred to as "Auction Company." In the event that you are the high bidder on a property, the Cashier's Check deposit will be kept by the Auction Company. In the event that you are not the high bidder, the Cashier's Check deposit will be returned as a Cashier's Check; if wired into our custodial account, it will be wired back to your account. Auction Company also requires proof of funds (financial statements) showing you have liquid funds meeting or exceeding the current high bid. All proof of funds must be submitted to advertising@fastandlast.com.

This auction closes April 13th 2021, starting at 1:00 PM PST. We will have staff on-site at the real property location. In the event you are the high bidder on a real property and represented by a licensed real estate agent, you will be required to have an offer immediately written for all parties to accept. If you are not being represented by a licensed real estate agent, we will immediately write an offer for you to accept. An additional 10% of the purchase price will need to be made in order to open escrow in the event that you are the winning bidder.
