As always, all lots are sold AS-IS and as they sit. Auction Company will provide reasonable accomodations to preview all lots prior to the Auction. The Auction Company is not responsible for the health of any animals once they leave the facility. Auction Company has worked with Bougie Cattle Company to best describe all lots to the best of our ability and make no guarantees on accuracy. TERMINATION OF BIDS:
We DO NOT offer cancellations for off-site auctions (anything NOT being sold out of our Hesperia Warehouse.) All off-site auction invoices MUST be paid in full! Failure to make payment terminates your contract to purchase and you retain zero rights to purchase any lots in question. Bids cannot be retracted, unless the retraction is the result of an error of the Auction Company. Placing a bid and refusing to follow through on purchase is an illegal offence in many states.
Auction Company and Bougie Cattle Company are not liable for any lost profit or special, incidental or consequential damages that may arise as a result of any transaction made in the Auction. The Auction Company assumes NO liability for lost, stolen or damaged items during the shipping process.
