This auction has no buyer's premium.
In order to bid on the real property listed on the platform, you must be able to produce and submit a $25,000 Cashier's Check deposit made out to I-15 Auctions Inc, hereout referred to as "Auction Company." In the event that you are the high bidder on a property, the Cashier's Check deposit will be kept by the Auction Company. In the event that you are not the high bidder, the Cashier's Check deposit will be returned as a Cashier's Check; if wired into our custodial account, it will be wired back to your account.
This auction closes December 2nd 2020, starting at 2:00 PM PST. We will have staff on-site at each real property location. In the event you are the high bidder on a real property and represented by a licensed real estate agent, you will be required to have an offer immediately written for all parties to accept. If you are not being represented by a licensed real estate agent, we will immediately write an offer for you to accept. An additional 10% of the purchase price will need to be made in order to open escrow in the event that you are the winning bidder.
Once an offer has been accepted, it will be turned over to Auction Company's attorney to present in court for court confirmation. Once we receive court confirmation, we will process your deposit to open escrow.
These properties are being sold AS-IS and cash only. This is a probate sale; please do all your due diligence upfront before the date of the auction. For any reason if you are the high bidder and determine you no longer wish to proceed in purchasing the property, you automatically forfeit your $25,000 Cashier's Check deposit.
